When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, indicative budget, deadline and any optional reference file.

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess the scope of work, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting professional relationship. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without a valid legal basis.

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to professional enquiries and operate the studio.
Service providers and transfers
We use hosting, email and form-delivery providers to operate this website and respond to enquiries. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services. The final list of providers and any international-transfer safeguards will be added before launch once the studio’s production email and form-delivery services are confirmed.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage a proposal or meet legal and accounting obligations. Retention periods will be documented in the studio’s internal data-retention schedule before launch.
Your rights

This website does not intentionally use analytics or marketing cookies. Video players are loaded only after you choose to play a work. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode; other video platforms may set their own cookies once a player is opened.
